From enterprise UX to small-business systems
I spent 15 years as a product designer and strategist, leading design work on platforms like Google Admin Console and Google Marketing Platform. My job was to make complex systems simple enough that people actually use them.
Then I started a service business of my own, Obsidian Mobile Detail, and learned firsthand where the money leaks out: slow replies, scattered leads, and follow-up that never happens. So I built the system I wished I’d had.
Now I build those systems for other small businesses. Based in Los Angeles.
